for Gas Water Heaters

$5999 per year
  • Includes 1 inspection of the Water Heater
  • Check Gas Pressure & Thermal Couple
  • Inspect Flue for Carbon Moxide Leaks
  • Check Tank for Water Leaks
  • Flush Tank to remove mineral build up
  • Check Pressure Reducing Valve
  • Check Emergency Drain
  • Check Pilot / Ingination Control Kit
  • If you have the Annual Maintenance Agreement, you will received a discount of $30.00 from the combine contracts.

Annual Water Heater Maintenance Agreement
for Electric Water Heaters

$5999 per year
  • Includes 1 inspection of the Water Heater
  • Check Tank for Water Leaks
  • Flush Tank to remove mineral build up
  • Check Electric Heater Elements
  • Check Emergency Drain
  • Check Presure Reducing Valve
  • If you have the Annual Maintenance Agreement, you will received a discount of $30.00 from the combine contracts.

Annual Sump Pump Maintenance Agreement

  • Includes 1 inspection of the Sump Pump
  • Inspect Sump Crock
  • Inspect Float Switch
  • Inspect Check Valve
  • Inspect Operations

Annual Humidifier Maintenance Agreement

  • Install New Water Panel
  • Check Solenoid Valve
  • Check Feed Tube and Nozzel
  • Inspect Operations
